TALKS & GUESTS

THE MAKING OF DUO BY MERITXELL COLELL
We will approach the analysis of the creative processes that are put into play in a film, sharing materials from different projects present on the ‘Inside Cinema’ website created by A Bao A Qu and from the films made as a director. From the gestation and ideation to the culmination.
Throughout the day, we will break down issues that come into play, both on a human and creative level, to share different ways of approaching cinematographic work. The objective, far from being methodological, is to delve into the plurality of ways to find a film and what is at stake in that process. Because developing a dramaturgy is not a linear and progressive path, but a composition process that involves associating, constellation, juxtaposition, amalgamation and a long string of verbs that imply action, decision, listening and reflection. Because cinema is an art of bodies and we, as filmmakers, are, above all, a body that feels.
This event is free but needs registration.

Q&A with Adrian Silvestre
This Q&A with Adrián Silvestre’s will be moderated by Inma De Reyes after the film Mi emptiness and I.
Audience members are invited to join the discussion, which will touch on various aspects relating to queer representation, inclusivity, commonality and wellbeing in film.
